We process account identifiers, age and academic level, guardian information when applicable, uploaded materials, voice and transcripts, notes, assessments, learning progress, educational inferences, and technical security data. We use them to authenticate users, provide and personalize tutoring, preserve course continuity, generate study material, measure learning, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use private course material for advertising.
Service providers may include Vercel, Supabase, LiveKit, Google Gemini, Cartesia, Stripe, and Google Analytics. Data may be processed internationally and only information reasonably necessary for each function is shared. Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction through account settings or the privacy email.
Students and children
Tutorlify is available only to students age 13 or older. A student ages 13–17 must use an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who authorizes supervised educational use and controls the account, materials, and deletion requests. We apply data minimization, age-appropriate language, enhanced moderation, and prohibit requests for off-platform contact or unnecessary personal information.
Tutorlify is an educational assistance tool, not medical or psychological treatment. It does not diagnose or replace professional or adult support. Immediate danger, abuse, or self-harm concerns should be reported to a trusted adult or 911.
Terms of use
Tutorlify supports learning through explanations, questions, hints, and practice. It is not an accredited school and does not guarantee grades, admissions, results, uninterrupted operation, or complete accuracy. Important information should be verified with source material, the relevant institution, or a qualified professional.
Users retain rights to their files and grant only the technical permission needed to provide the service. Users must have permission to upload materials. Academic fraud, impersonation, harm, exploitation, unlawful activity, infringement, and evasion of safety controls are prohibited.
Plans, limits, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown before checkout. Payments and billing management are processed by Stripe. Support: support@tutorlify.com.
